Genus ORTHORAMPHUS.

Orthoramphus Salvadori. Ann. Mus. Civ. Genoa, v, p. 312 (1874).

Type by mon., Oedicnemus magnirostris Vieill.

This genus differs from Esacus in having the culmen curved and convex instead of almost straight.
