GENUS, Chaptia. Hodgson.

Bill much more depressed and feeble, muscipeta-like, wide; the culmen very gently arching, and feebly hooked and toothed ; first quill very short, fourth longest, third and sixth equal ; tail moderately forked ; legs and feet very feeble.
