584. Anthipes leucops.

Sharpe's White-gorgeted Flycatcher.

Anthipes moniliger (Hodgs), Blyth & Walden, Birds Burm. p. 103 ; Godw.-Aust. J. A. S. B. xlv, pt. ii, p. 195. Digenea leucops, Sharpe, P. Z. S. 1888, p. 246.

Coloration. Resembles A. moniliger, but has the forehead and eyebrow white, and the sides of the head ashy grey.

Iris bright dark brown; bill slate-brown; legs white tinged fleshy ( Wardlaw Ramsay). Of the same size as A. moniliger.

Distribution. The Khasi hills ; Gonglong, Manipur hills; Karen-nee at 5000 feet.
