Male ad. (N. Siberia). Differs from A. fabalis in being larger, with con¬spicuously larger beak and feet, and in having the head and neck buffish brown. Culmen 3.15, wing 19.8, tail 5.67, tarsus 3.31.
Hab. Eastern Siberia, wintering in China and Japan. Does not differ from A. fabalis in habits or nidification.
